What Insurance Typically Covers
Most PPO insurance plans include some level of coverage for outpatient addiction treatment, including:
- Outpatient alcohol rehab

We work with most private PPO insurance plans and also offer self-pay options for those without coverage. Every situation is different, and we’re here to help you navigate the process with clarity and compassion.
While we’re not currently in-network with any insurance providers, many PPO plans still offer out-of-network benefits that can be applied toward treatment. We’ll handle the verification process and explain what’s covered — at no cost and with no pressure to commit.
