Casco Bay Recovery in Maine

Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Arya Therapy Center, 1001 Watertown St, Newton, MA 02465

The turning of the calendar is more than just a change in dates; it is a psychological reset button. As we step into 2026, many of us are looking for more than just fleeting resolutions. We are searching for sustainable change, deeper connections, and a renewed sense of purpose.

However, the journey toward health, whether that means mental clarity, recovery from addiction, or physical well-being, is rarely a straight line, and it is almost impossible to walk alone.

That is why Advanced Addiction Center, Advanced Therapy Center, and Arya Therapy Center are proud to unite to present “Advancing Into the New Year.” This special health and wellness speaker event is designed to bring the Massachusetts recovery and mental health community together for an afternoon of inspiration, education, and mutual support.

If you are ready to walk away feeling motivated, connected, and equipped for the year ahead, this is the event for you.

Meet Our Speakers

We have curated a lineup of speakers who embody the spirit of resilience. These are not just lecturers; they are individuals who have walked the walk, overcome immense hurdles, and dedicated their professional lives to helping others become their best selves.

Rocco Danieli: turning Pain into Purpose

Rocco Danieli

Entrepreneur, Recovery Advocate, Founder of Uplift Provisions Company

We are honored to welcome Rocco Danieli as a keynote speaker. Celebrating nine years of recovery, Rocco’s story is a testament to the power of transformation.

Rocco is a loving father of two daughters and a master barber with nearly two decades of experience. But his journey to success was forged in fire. After losing both of his sisters to addiction and facing his own personal battles, Rocco made a decision. He would not let the pain define him; instead, he would use it to fuel a new purpose.

Rocco is the founder of Uplift Provisions Company, a brand that began not in a corporate boardroom, but in his own kitchen. Using his barber chair as a sounding board and his kitchen as a laboratory, Rocco set out to create high-quality men’s hair care and personal care products. But for Rocco, it was never just about hair gel or texture dust.

Rocco understands that self-care is a vital part of recovery. When you take care of yourself on the outside, it often reflects, and reinforces, how you feel on the inside. At the event, Rocco will share his powerful narrative of entrepreneurship and advocacy. He will discuss how he turned his grief into a mission to support individuals in active addiction, proving that there is a vibrant, successful life awaiting on the other side of recovery.

Tati: The Mind-Body Connection

tati personal trainer massachusetts

Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach

Recovery and mental health are deeply physical processes. Trauma, stress, and anxiety live in the body, and often, the key to unlocking mental resilience lies in physical movement.

We are thrilled to feature Tati, a wellness coach who specializes in sustainable fitness and lifestyle change. Tati moves beyond the superficial aspects of the fitness industry to focus on what really matters: the connection between physical movement and long-term well-being.

Tati works closely with individuals who are seeking structure, confidence, and balance. For those in recovery or those battling mental health struggles, “structure” can be a lifeline. Tati will discuss how building a consistent physical routine can serve as an anchor for your mental health. She will share insights on:

Community, Connection, and Vendors

“Advancing Into the New Year” is about more than just listening to speakers—it is about connecting with your neighbors. Isolation is often the enemy of wellness, while community is its greatest ally.

From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with local vendors and connect with resources that can support their 2026 goals.

We are excited to have Nutre joining us as a vendor. Nutrition plays a massive role in how we feel, how we think, and how we recover. Nutre is known for making healthy eating accessible and delicious, aligning perfectly with our theme of holistic self-care.

  • Connect with Local Resources: Meet the teams behind Advanced Addiction Center, Advanced Therapy Center, and Arya Therapy Center.
  • Network: Meet other professionals, families, and individuals in the recovery space.
  • Find Support: Whether you are looking for a therapist, a rehab program, or just a gym buddy, this is the room where those connections happen.

Why You Should Attend

January is often a difficult month. The holiday lights have dimmed, the weather in New England gets colder, and the initial burst of New Year’s motivation can start to fade.

This event is your mid-month recharge.

  • If you are in recovery: Come to be reminded that you are part of a massive, strong, and successful community. Rocco’s story alone is proof that your past does not dictate your future.
  • If you are struggling with mental health: Come to learn practical tools from Tati and meet therapists who can guide you.
  • If you are a professional: Come to network with the best in the business and learn how to better serve your clients.
